The 2024 North Central League Knowledge Bowl was held last Friday at Weldon Valley School. Prairie had two high school teams and two jr. high teams compete, and our high school varsity team of Simon Marler, Will Nicklas, Marcus Mayol, Cayde Marler, and Silas Price were champions! The jr. varsity team of Derek Dollerschell, Owen Kilmer, Chase Pollart, Phoenix Guevara, Hunter Johnson, and Hunter Knight were also champions! The jr. high teams also placed well. Great job!!
One more day of temps too low for our kiddos to be out and about on the roads! We will not have school tomorrow, Tuesday, January 16th. Stay warm and safe, and we will see you back on Wednesday.
We will also be postponing the Board of Education meeting originally scheduled for tomorrow evening.

The Board of Education will be attending a CASB training from Friday, January 12th at 7pm until Saturday, January 13th, 7:00pm. The purpose of the training is to provide information to new board members and review the protocols to be a board member in the State of Colorado. The training will take place at the CASB Offices in Denver, Colorado and will be conducted by CASB trainers.
