Prairie Mustangs finish strong at the state tournament! Our boys battled their way through the state tournament and came home with a Consolation Championship win, finishing 5th in the state. The Mustangs went 2–1 on the weekend, with their only loss coming by just two points to the #3 team in the state. State basketball update: The Mustangs fell to #3 Cheyenne Wells yesterday 36-34. It was a GREAT GAME, and your Mustangs played so good! They play today in the consolation bracket at 10:15 vs Sierra Grande! Pack the gym, again! Go Mustangs! 💛🖤📍

The staff of Stitch-N-Stangs would like to thank everyone who placed an order for a state basketball t-shirt! Unfortunately, due to the large size of our order and the unpredictable nature of the production/shipping process, the designs will not arrive in time for the tournament as we had hoped. We are proud to recognize Brennan Bringelson, a Prairie High School senior who leads with determination and heart. Brennan plans to attend Northeastern Junior College following graduation as he continues building toward his future.

G R E A T• E I G H T + ON TO STATE!! Your Prairie Mustangs are region 6 champions and headed to the Bank of Colorado Arena on the Campus of University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. The tournament starts on Thursday. Because of this, there will be NO SCHOOL on Thursday, March 12, so the ENTIRE community can make the trek to Greeley. GO MUSTANGS!

Both teams have advanced to the {SwEeT 16}. Girls game starts at 5:00 this evening with the boys to follow. It's time to pack the home gym one more time this season. GO MUSTANGS! Our sophomore class will be serving Pizza in the concessions tonight! 🍕
