Prairie FBLA's "Warm for Winter" campaign was a huge success! Here's a recap of our day volunteering for the Brush Giving Tree Project:

- 83 pairs of gloves donated
- 58 wishlists filled
- 100+ gifts wrapped
- Laughter and fun - too much to count!

Good morning! Monday at Prairie School is going to be filled with fun! Please join us for Lattes and Literature from 8a.m. to 11:00a.m.! Grab a beverage from Sway Coffee and come inside, and get cozy with your students and a book! Shop the Scholastic Book Fair! Come later for the Christmas Program and Prairie Pride Auction!! The library has a very exciting week coming up!! Scholastic book fair will open December 13th-18th. December 18th, we will also be excited to have the Sway Coffee Truck coming to our school. Sway Coffee Truck will be serving drinks to kick off a day of Lattes & Literature! Please come support Sway Coffee Truck and read with your student! You will have the opportunity to shop the Scholastic book fair too! If you have sponsored a class for drinks, please get those funds to Mrs. Hickey in the office. Can't wait to see all of you!
Come support your Student Council and enjoy a delicious pancake bar while you cheer on the junior high girls' basketball team and the high school boys' JV team as they play Wiggins this Wednesday, December 13th. We will have pancakes, sausage, a wide variety of toppings, along with coffee and hot cocoa. See you there!
For $2, you can wear your hat all day! Student Council members will collect dollars at the front doors. Thank you for supporting your student council!
Project Secret Santa is underway! Students in grades 6-12 have drawn names and should be purchasing a gift in the price range of $10. Gifts need to be to school by Thursday, December 14th. Middle school gifts need to be placed under the trees by the 6th grade room, and high school gifts should be placed under the trees outside the English room. Please label the gifts with the recipient's name only! If there are any concerns, please contact Mrs. Dollerschell.
