Athletes need signed and on file at the school before he/she can practice: CHSAA Bylaws, Current Physical Exam, Warning, Substance Abuse Contract, Parent/Guardian Information
P-EBT:

Pandemic-EBT, or P-EBT, can help you feed your family while schools are closed. I wanted to remind everyone that registration is on Tuesday, July 7th from 7:00-5:00. Students can make adjustments to their schedules and turn in registration papers. Registration papers can also be emailed to Kendra Holloway or Tabitha Piel.
