Another FFA member spotlight: Sophomore, Chace Burke!
Chace has been busy taking care of chickens gathering eggs twice a day and selling them, he has also been helping to tear down and rebuild fences on the ranch, this spring he cut calves and drug calves at the brandings and he got to do a little roping with his sister!
February is CTE Month! CTE stands for Career and Technical Education. CTE programs offered at Prairie High School include ag and business classes as well as student organizations like the New Raymer FFA Chapter and the Prairie FBLA Chapter. Stay tuned throughout the month of February to learn more about our CTE programs through a newspaper article, a highlight video, and a radio interview!

The high school knowledge bowl team is competing in the Region 7 meet today...virtually! Thanks to the Discord app and lots of brains, we are able to compete in the midst of a pandemic. Technology is amazing! Congrats to Isaac Doll, Wyatt Ruppel, Eli Marler, and Rylan Marler for representing Prairie High School well. Special thanks to the Ruppel family for providing lunch!
