Our lovely visitor, Mrs. Lawson, gave the fifth graders a lesson about the importance of writing neat and legible. Studies show writing improves memory and students retain learning better through handwriting instead of typing. Being able to decipher both cursive and print is an important part of language literacy. Thank you Mrs. Lawson for visiting our classroom. Source: Master Penman Jake Weidmann.
