We are incredibly proud to celebrate Addison Hoozee, senior at Prairie High School, for being named a Finalist for the Class of 2030 in the prestigious Stamps Eminence Scholarship Program at The Ohio State University.

Out of students representing 15 states, 35 Ohio cities, and 72 high schools across the country, Addison has been selected as one of only 115 finalists. The Stamps Eminence Program is a four-year leadership and service-based scholarship that provides full cost of attendance for eight semesters, along with up to $5,000 in enrichment funding to support academic and professional growth.

This highly competitive program recognizes students who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement, leadership, and a commitment to serving their communities. Finalists will participate in interviews and attend a special campus event in Columbus to experience life as a Buckeye.

HUGE congratulations to our 5th grade Mustangs NeCo team on an incredible season. The boys battled all the way to the championship and finished League Runner-Up after a hard-fought overtime game against Brush. It needs to be noted that they are the ONLY 1A school in the league. They've made it to the championship game the past THREE years! We are so proud of their grit, teamwork and love of the game. The future is BRIGHT for Mustang basketball! 🖤💛

"You have such a February face, so full of frost, of storm and cloudiness" (Shakespeare). The 9th graders had a Shakespearean insult showdown to begin their study of "Hamlet" where they combined Shakespeare's words to form their own insults. It was a fun way to practice the Early Modern English language.
