9th and 10th graders are studying Shakespeare’s famous “Romeo and Juliet”. Since the wedding takes place offstage, students took the lines into their own hands and wrote and performed the wedding scene. Friar Lawrence, Romeo, Juliet, Nurse, and Benvolio even took the forms of sock puppets in one rendition of the wedding…”But, soft, what light through yonder window breaks? It is the east, and Juliet is the sun.”

Last week FFA Members competed at District CDEs. We had students compete in FBM, Livestock Judging, Horse Judging, Floriculture, and Ag. Mechanics.
A special congratulations to Zoey Sneed for winning High Individual in FBM, Brooklyn Groves for making one of the highest scoring flower arrangements, and Savanah Mertens for talking a near perfect score on her set of reasons!
