Colorado’s Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights (TABOR) allows registered voters within Prairie School District RE-11J’s boundaries to submit written statements either supporting (pro) or opposing (con) the District’s TABOR ballot issue, which will then be summarized and included in the official TABOR Notice that will be distributed to voters ahead of the General Election on November 3, 2026.
The deadline for submitting “pro” or “con” statements is 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Friday, September 18, 2026. Statements must be sent to the District’s Designated Election Official (DEO), Danielle Ramseier (dramseier@prairieschool.org) by the deadline. Submissions must clearly identify the statement as “pro” or “con” and include the voter’s name, signature, and contact information for an address where the signer is registered to vote. Only statements received by the deadline and from eligible registered voters can be considered.
